Hi, I’m Charla Farris, founder of A Cut Above Business Solutions.

My work is shaped by a simple reality: I understand what it means to build something from the ground up — and to make decisions when the stakes are real. I grew up on a ranch, built my career in corporate and small business environments, and today operate a working cattle ranch alongside my husband.
That combination matters. It means I don’t approach financial decisions in theory. I understand seasonal income, uneven cash flow, long timelines, and the pressure that comes with making the right call — not just the easy one.
Over the years, I’ve worked with business owners who are tired of surface-level advice. They want clarity, discipline, and a financial partner who understands both the numbers and the realities behind them. That’s the role I step into — whether we’re working on tax strategy, financial oversight, or higher-level advisory decisions.
Outside of work, life is centered around family, the ranch, and the rhythms that come with both. That grounding carries into my work: steady, honest, and focused on what lasts.
